Consistently Good

I have been patronizing this establishment for two years as of March 2009, and their service and meals are consistently among the best for Latin American cuisine.

This place is located along the busy South Boulevard corridor of South Charlotte, NC, which seemingly has a Mexican restaurant on every corner. So if you do not want to wait at one location, just drive to the next block and you will be sure to find another one. The service at Las Palmitos is always friendly and I like the fact that they give you tortillas and salsa while you wait on your order. In addition, the dining area and restrooms are always clean and tidy.

On this particular occasion I ordered the Enchilad Rancheros Chicken dinner which came with a healthy-sized portion of pork. The total price came to $12.48 which included one Corona cervazas/beer. I liked the presentation of the meal and also the way that they packaged my order to go in several containers to prevent mixing. It is almost like opening a Christmas present when you get ready to dive in and enjoy your meal.

Although there is seemingly a Mexican Restaurant on every corner of South Boulevard in South Charlotte, NC, this is one of my favorite.
